Salina is a Criminal and Civil Case Manager with five years of experience at The Kahn Law Firm. She manages criminal intake cases from start to finish, guiding clients through some of their toughest times. Additionally, she handles civil cases, including requesting records and writing demands. Her role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently and effectively. Salina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Houston Downtown. Her background and skill set make her an excellent fit for managing complex legal cases, with a proven ability to empathize with clients and find solutions that work for them. Jessica serves as an essential part of the firm’s client service experience, acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients and helping to foster a professional and welcoming environment. Drawing on her experience working within the court system, along with her background in administrative support, she brings a thoughtful understanding of both legal processes and client care. As the firm’s Intake Coordinator, Jessica plays a key role in guiding clients through the initial stages of their legal matter, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the very beginning. Her warm demeanor, approachable nature, and light sense of humor help create a sense of ease and trust from the first interaction. Outside of the office, Jessica is a devoted mother who values time with her family and is grounded in her Christian faith, which guides her compassionate and service-oriented approach to her work.
