Mr. Kahn is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, National College for DUI Defense, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Kahn is a devout Catholic who carries his tradition of his faith into the practice of law. He is dedicated to his clients and eagerly represents them throughout the length of their cases. He regularly attends continuing legal education classes to keep abreast of the ever-changing law and technology and to continuously devise new ways of representing his clients. He is certified in field sobriety testing and he knows how to successfully question these tests and their results in DWI-related cases.

John is the proud father of 5 beautiful children. He is very active in their activities including football, baseball, cheerleading, dance, gymnastics, and cub scouts. John has served as a Little League coach for several years and has served on the executive board as the President of the Pearland Patriots youth football organization and is a past-President of the Bay Area Football League, a non-profit organization.
