Jennifer grew up in the Houston area, graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas in 1998, and then attended South Texas College of Law where she graduated with her juris doctorate in 2001. She was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2001 and in Mississippi in 2002. She is licensed to practice law in both states, and licensed in federal court in the Southern District of Texas.
Ms. Kahn is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, and the Christian Trial Lawyers Association.

She has a Christian faith which is exemplified in her honesty, integrity, and compassion for the needs of her clients and their cases. Ms. Kahn regularly attends continuing legal education classes to keep abreast of the ever-changing law and technology and to continuously devise new ways of representing her clients. She is certified in field sobriety testing and she knows how to successfully question these tests and their results in DWI-related cases.

Jennifer is a busy mother to 5 beautiful children. In the past, she has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of Directors for the Pearland Patriots youth football organization from 2011-2017. She is very active in her children’s activities including football, cheerleading, gymnastics, baseball, and more.
