A Texas native, Jared Wiggins is a dedicated trial lawyer that practices Personal Injury and Criminal Defense. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Southwestern University in December 2019, where he was a four-year member of the football team, Phi Delta Theta Member, as well as various other student organizations. After graduation from Southwestern University, Jared then attended Texas Southern University – Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he graduated in May 2024, earning dean’s list honors.

During law school, he gained invaluable litigation experience while clerking for the Hon. Lonnie Cox in the 56th District Court of Texas, as well as working at multiple prominent Houston-area law firms. These experiences solidified his passion for personal injury and criminal defense law.

With a relentless commitment to his clients, Jared zealously advocates for their rights, never backing down in the face of adversity.

In criminal defense, he is a fierce protector of constitutional rights, challenging unlawful prosecutions, and ensuring his clients receive fair treatment under the law. He fights aggressively to secure dismissals, reductions, and favorable verdicts, knowing that every case carries life-altering consequences.

In personal injury, Jared is equally relentless, holding negligent parties accountable and fighting for the maximum compensation his clients deserve. In his spare time Jared enjoys spending time with his friends and family, hunting and fishing, cheering on the Houston Astros, and traveling.
